Roman Abramovich mosaic

THE ROMAN ABRAMOVICH mosaic has firstly started in 2006 and is been waiting to be finished within 2015. The sizes of the mosaic are 1.45m in height and 2.5m in width. Until now in this mosaic there have been places over one thousand colorful natural stones by the artist (smaller than 1cm2).

His start in painting, since the middle 80’s were he has taken the first lectures in “ONUFRI” secondary school (Elbasan) and after in the Academy of Arts in Tirana.

SCULPTURES carved in stone and marble

The sculptures are many in number worked from the artist and his collection is rich in these type of profile were most of them are carved in natural stone and another part in marble.

Some of the masterpieces : Lion king (fig.no.6) ; The sphinx(fig.no4); The melody of the centuries(fig.no.1); Hippocrates(fig.no.2); The chameleon(fig.no.3) ; The turtle(fig.no.7) ect

COMPLEMENTARY (PLATES) CARVED IN NATURAL STONE

Different colors created from nature itself in millions of years, this is impressive beauty in which these complementary (plates) come on front of the human eye.

The artist has tried to adjust different silhouettes in particular every plate (complementary) is unique in its own way.

Mosaic &motives IN MOSAIC WORKED WITH NATURAL STONE

ALEXANDER THE GREAT – has been worked by the artist and it is a copy from the original mosaic which is located in Iran. (fig.no.2)

ATHINA- Is known as one of the goddesses of ancient Greece, turned immortal, the goddess has been worked in mosaic and was sold in Greece in 1996. (fig.no.3)

MOSAIC MOTIVES- motives in mosaic are different in their own way worked for different clients.
